Event Team Volunteers

Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Team Volunteers to help plan and execute events that support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference, gain experience, and be part of a dynamic team committed to equality and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, organize, and finalize event details.

• Coordinate vendors and entertainers: Help with outreach, communication, and ensuring their needs are met.

• Set up and take down events: Participate in arranging event spaces, including decorations, tables, and equipment.

• Monitor events: Ensure smooth operations by assisting guests, managing schedules, and troubleshooting issues during events.

• Provide a welcoming presence: Represent the organization with positivity and respect, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
