"Queering Religion: Faithful Beyond the Straight and Narrow"

There are many ways to claim – and reclaim – religiosity to fit the rainbow of ways that we express ourselves in the world. In today's message, Samara Powers will share several examples and reflect on how the communication practices of Consensual Non-Monogamists could help us to more effectively work toward the building of Beloved Community.

Samara Powers (they/per) is a Unitarian Universalist seminarian in their final year of education, internship, and credentialing to become a UU Minister. They are a queer-positive, trans-positive, antiracist Relationship Anarchist currently serving the UU Church of Valdosta as their Intern Minister. Find them on TikTok: @theminuteminister
